Kr\u00e1tce opra\u017e\u00edme. Pak p\u0159id\u00e1me mletou papriku, brambory nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9 na kousky a km\u00edn. Zalejeme vodou a va\u0159\u00edme. Kdy\u017e jsou brambory m\u011bkk\u00e9 zahust\u00edme j\u00ed\u0161kou.<\/p>\n<h4>Dr\u0161\u0165kov\u00e1 pol\u00e9vka z hl\u00edvy \u00fast\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pot\u0159ebujeme: <\/strong>500 g hl\u00edvy \u00fast\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9, 2 cibule, 1 l\u017e\u00edci s\u00e1dla, s\u016fl, pep\u0159, mletou sladkou papriku, hov\u011bz\u00ed buj\u00f3n, j\u00ed\u0161ku, major\u00e1nku, \u010desnek<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Jak na to: <\/strong>Na s\u00e1dle zp\u011bn\u00edme cibuli, p\u0159id\u00e1me nakr\u00e1jenou hl\u00edvu a chv\u00edli podus\u00edme. Pot\u00e9 p\u0159id\u00e1me papriku, zam\u00edch\u00e1me a hned zalijeme vodou, aby paprika nezho\u0159kla. Osol\u00edme, opep\u0159\u00edme a p\u0159id\u00e1me nasekan\u00fd \u010desnek a dost major\u00e1nky. Vhod\u00edme kostku buj\u00f3nu (ale nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt) a kr\u00e1tce pova\u0159\u00edme. Pak zahust\u00edme tmavou j\u00ed\u0161kou a nech\u00e1me je\u0161t\u011b chv\u00edli prova\u0159it.<\/p>\n<h4>Tatar\u00e1k s hl\u00edvou<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pot\u0159ebujeme: <\/strong>200 g hl\u00edvy, 2 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed cibule, 50 ml oleje, km\u00edn, pep\u0159, s\u016fl, 4 strou\u017eky \u010desneku, p\u016fl l\u017ei\u010dky papriky, petr\u017eelovou nebo celerovou na\u0165, vejce, ke\u010dup<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Jak na to: <\/strong>Na rozp\u00e1len\u00e9m oleji osmahneme cibuli a\u017e zesklovat\u00ed, p\u0159id\u00e1me nadrobno nakr\u00e1jenou hl\u00edvu, s\u016fl, ko\u0159en\u00ed a podus\u00edme do m\u011bkka. Sm\u011bs zahust\u00edme vejcem, dob\u0159e prom\u00edch\u00e1me a horkou ma\u017eeme na topinky. Polijeme ke\u010dupem a pod\u00e1v\u00e1me jako toasty.<\/p>\n<h4>Hl\u00edvov\u00fd gul\u00e1\u0161<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pot\u0159ebujeme: <\/strong>500 g hl\u00edvy \u00fast\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9, 2 dcl oleje, 250-300 g cibule, pep\u0159, s\u016fl, pol\u00e9vkov\u00e9 ko\u0159en\u00ed, bazalku, papriku, pol\u00e9vkov\u00e9 ochucovadlo, major\u00e1nku<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Jak na to: <\/strong>Na rozp\u00e1len\u00e9m oleji p\u0159iprav\u00edme do sklovit\u00e1 cibulku a p\u0159id\u00e1me omytou a nakr\u00e1jenou hl\u00edvu. Spolu podus\u00edme. P\u0159id\u00e1me ko\u0159en\u00ed a zalijeme vodou. Pod\u00e1v\u00e1me s chlebem nebo s t\u011bstovinami.<\/p>\n<h4>Hl\u00edva \u00fast\u0159i\u010dn\u00e1 na smetan\u011b<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pot\u0159ebujeme: <\/strong>600 gram\u016f hl\u00edvy \u00fast\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9, 3\/4 skleni\u010dky smetany, 50 gram\u016f m\u00e1sla, 30 gram\u016f mouky, 1 cibule, \u0161petka mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00e9ho o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ku, s\u016fl<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Jak na to: <\/strong>Nasekanou cibuli osma\u017e\u00edme na m\u00e1sle, p\u0159id\u00e1me na drobno nakr\u00e1jenou hl\u00edvu a mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fd o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ek. Po osolen\u00ed podle chuti dus\u00edme houby necelou p\u016fl hodinu. Na konci p\u0159id\u00e1me smetanu s rozm\u00edchanou moukou a dus\u00edme a\u017e do varu. M\u016f\u017eeme pod\u00e1vat jak s pe\u010divem tak s va\u0159en\u00fdm bramborem nebo i s houskov\u00fdm knedl\u00edkem.<\/p>\n<h4>Ra\u017eni\u010di s hl\u00edvou<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Pot\u0159ebujeme: <\/strong>klobou\u010dky hl\u00edvy, uzenou slaninu, cibuli, s\u016fl, pep\u0159, km\u00edn<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Jak na to: <\/strong>Klobou\u010dky hl\u00edvy pova\u0159\u00edme ve vod\u011b, nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed kousky, osol\u00edme a na jehlu st\u0159\u00eddav\u011b napichujeme kousky hl\u00edvy, uzen\u00e9 slaniny, pl\u00e1tky cibule. Pln\u00e1 jehla se na povrchu osol\u00ed, oko\u0159en\u00ed a posype km\u00ednem. Na hork\u00e9m tuku op\u00e9k\u00e1me p\u0159ikryt\u00e9 do m\u011bkka.<\/p>\n<h4>Grilovan\u00e9 hl\u00edvy<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pot\u0159ebujeme: <\/strong>400 g klobou\u010dk\u016f hl\u00edvy, 8 pl\u00e1tk\u016f anglick\u00e9 slaniny, s\u016fl, pep\u0159, 100 g s\u00fdra, petr\u017eelku<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Jak na to: <\/strong>Klobou\u010dky hl\u00edvy nasucho o\u010dist\u00edme, na dno pek\u00e1\u010de polo\u017e\u00edme po dvou pl\u00e1tc\u00edch slaniny a d\u00e1me pod gril p\u00e9ct. Na ope\u010denou slaninu t\u011bsn\u011b vedle sebe poklademe klobou\u010dky hl\u00edvy, okv\u011btn\u00edmi l\u00edstky nahoru, osol\u00edme, opep\u0159\u00edme, posypeme strouhan\u00fdm s\u00fdrem a grilujeme. Ozdob\u00edme petr\u017eelkou.<\/p>\n<h4>Obalovan\u00e1 hl\u00edva<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pot\u0159ebujeme: <\/strong>500 gram\u016f hl\u00edvy \u00fast\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9, 500 ml ml\u00e9ka, 1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vejce, zelen\u00e1 petr\u017eelka, n\u011bkolik l\u017eic mouky, n\u011bkolik l\u017eic strouhanky, m\u00e1slo, s\u016fl, pep\u0159<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Jak na to: <\/strong>Hl\u00edvu namo\u010d\u00edme na p\u00e1r hodin do ml\u00e9ka, n\u00e1sledn\u011b ji nech\u00e1me okapat, posol\u00edme, popep\u0159\u00edme a popr\u00e1\u0161\u00edme moukou. Pod\u00e1v\u00e1me posypan\u00e9 petr\u017eelkou.<\/p>\n<h4>Zape\u010den\u00e9 pl\u00e1tky hl\u00edvy<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pot\u0159ebujeme: <\/strong>500 g hl\u00edvy, 30 g oleje, s\u016fl, pep\u0159, 50 g m\u00e1sla, 1 \u017eloutek, citr\u00f3novou \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu, petr\u017eelku<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Jak na to: <\/strong>Hl\u00edvy nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed kousky, ope\u010deme na oleji, osol\u00edme a opep\u0159\u00edme. M\u00e1slo ut\u0159eme se \u017eloutkem, citr\u00f3novou \u0161\u0165\u00e1vou a sekanou petr\u017eelkou. Touto sm\u011bs\u00ed pot\u0159eme horn\u00ed stranu ope\u010den\u00fdch pl\u00e1tk\u016f hl\u00edvy a d\u00e1me na vymazan\u00fd pek\u00e1\u010d do trouby zap\u00e9ct. Pod\u00e1v\u00e1me s bramborem a zeleninov\u00fdm sal\u00e1tem.<\/p>\n<h4>Pe\u010den\u00e9 pl\u00e1tky hl\u00edvy s bramborovou ka\u0161\u00ed<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pot\u0159ebujeme:\u00a0<\/strong>500 g \u010derstv\u00e9 hl\u00edvy \u00fast\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9, 2 pali\u010dky \u010desneku (jednotliv\u00e9 strou\u017eky neloupat, jen om\u00fdt), 1-2 cibule na p\u016flm\u011bs\u00ed\u010dky, olivov\u00fd olej, m\u00e1slo, bylinky (pokud mo\u017eno \u010derstv\u00e9 - nap\u0159. major\u00e1nky, tymi\u00e1n, rozmar\u00fdn, \u0161alv\u011bj petr\u017eelka, libe\u010dek apod.), s\u016fl a mlet\u00fd pep\u0159<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Jak na to:\u00a0<\/strong>P\u0159edeh\u0159ejte troubu na 200 \u00b0C. Hl\u00edvu o\u010dist\u011bte a v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed hlavi\u010dky natrhejte na men\u0161\u00ed kousky (ned\u011blejte moc mal\u00e9 kousky, a\u0165 to pak nem\u00e1te na ka\u0161i). Siln\u00e9 konce no\u017ei\u010dek rad\u011bji odkrojte a pou\u017eijte jindy, a\u0165 nez\u016fstanou i po upe\u010den\u00ed tuh\u00e9. Houby dejte do pek\u00e1\u010dku, p\u0159iho\u010fte nevyloupan\u00e9 strou\u017eky \u010desneku, nakr\u00e1jenou cibuli, p\u0159idejte olej, m\u00e1slo,kr\u00e1jen\u00e9 bylinky (pop\u0159. su\u0161en\u00e9).\u00a0Osolte, opep\u0159ete a v\u0161e prom\u00edchejte.\u00a0Dejte do trouby a pe\u010dte 30\u201345 minut.
